    4 WAQTI OO AY MAMNUUC TAHAY INAAD CUNTO!🍌🚫

    Moosku waa “Superfood“, laakiin haddii aad waqti khaldan cunto ama aad ku darto waxyaabo aan ku habboonayn, wuxuu kuu horseedi karaa dhibaatooyin caafimaad oo halis ah. Halkan ka baro goorta ay tahay inaad mooska ka fogaato:

    1. Habeenkii (Cadowga Hargabka)
