    MAXAA KEENA DAREEN YARIDA HAWEENKA? 🌸🧠 BARO 5-TA SABABOOD IYO XALKA !

    In badan oo ka mid ah dumarka waxay dareemaan dareen yari xagga nolosha lamaanaha ah, taas oo keenta walwal iyo is-faham la’aan xagga guriga ah. Dareenku ma ahan wax iska yimid, ee waa is-dhexgalka hormoonnadda jirka iyo xaaladda maskaxda.

    Halkan ka baro sababaha ugu waaweyn iyo sida loo xalliyo:

    1. Dheelitir la’aanta Hormoonnada

    Hormoonka Estrogen waa kan mas’uulka ka ah dareenka iyo qoyaanka jirka haweeneyda. Marka uu hoos u dhaco (gaar ahaan dhalmada ka dib, xilliga naas-nuujinta, ama marka ay da’du kor u kacdo), dareenku waa uu yaraadaa.

    Xalka: Cuntooyinka leh Phytoestrogens sida miraha flax-ka (Flaxseeds) iyo qudaarta cagaaran ayaa caawiya.

    2. Dhiig-yarida (Anemia)

    Haweenka Soomaaliyeed badankood waxaa ku dhaca dhiig-yari. Marka birta (Iron) ay ku yaraato jirka, dhiiggu si fiican uma gaaro xubnaha dareenka, taas oo keenta daal joogto ah iyo damac la’aan.

    Xalka: Cun hilibka gaduudan, beerka, iyo isbinaajka si aad dhiiggaaga u kordhiso.

    3. Daalka Maskaxda iyo Walwalka (Stress)

    Maskaxda haweeneydu waa “Matoorka” dareenkeeda. Haddii ay ka fekerayso carruurta, shaqada guriga, ama ay qabto walwal nafsi ah, jirkeedu ma awoodo inuu dareen soo saaro.

    Sirta: Dareenka haweeneydu wuxuu ka bilaabmaa daryeelka maskaxda kama bilaawdo jirka.

    4. Cuntooyinka Dareenka Kiciya (Aphrodisiacs)

    Waxaa jira cuntooyin dabiici ah oo kor u qaada qulqulka dhiigga iyo firfircoonida:

    Afakaadhada: Waxay leedahay Vitamin B6 oo xal u ah walwalka.

    Shukulaatada madow (Dark Chocolate): Waxay soo deysaa maaddada Dopamine ee farxadda.

    Lawska iyo Malabka: Waxay kordhiyaan tamarta jirka.

    5. Is-faham la’aanta Lamaanaha

    Cilmiga caafimaadka wuxuu leeyahay: “Haweeneydu waxay u baahan tahay inay dareento in la jecel yahay si ay dareen u yeelato.” Haddii aysan jirin naxariis iyo hadal macaan maalintii oo dhan, jirku ma ka jawaabayo habeenkii.
