    Sirta Jimicsiga “Kegel” iyo Faa’iidooyinka Gogosha Ragga iyo Dumarka Labadaba

    Jimicsiga Kegel waa mid ka mid ah siraha ugu waaweyn ee kor u qaada nolosha sariirta, laakiin dad badan ayaan u samayn si sax ah. Ma aha jimicsi loo tago gym-ka, ee waa mid aad ku dhex samayn karto gurigaaga ama xafiiskaaga adigoon qofna dareemayn.

    Dhalmada ka dib: Waxay caawisaa in muruqyadu dib u soo laabtaan ka dib dhalmada.

    Sida loo sameeyo (Qorshaha 24-ka Saac)

    Si aad natiijo u hesho, raac habkan fudud:

    1. Isku dhaji muruqyada miskaha gudaha (sidii inaad kaadi qabanayso).

    2. Sii hay ilaa 3 ilbiriqsi.

    3. Sii daa (Relax): Iska dabci muddo 3 ilbiriqsi ah.

    4. Ku celi: Samee 10 jeer oo isku xiga, adigoo samaynaya 3 jeer maalintii (Subax, Duhur, iyo Habeen).

    Jadwalka

    Toddobaadka Muddada Haynta Tirada

    Toddobaadka 1aad 3 Ilbiriqsi 10 Jeer (3 goor maalin walba)

    Toddobaadka 2aad 5 Ilbiriqsi 15 Jeer (3 goor maalin walba)

    Toddobaadka 3aad+ 10 Ilbiriqsi 20 Jeer (3 goor maalin walba)

    Labada Sir ee ugu muhiimsan:

    Ha isku deyin: Inaad caloosha, bawdyaha, ama barida dhaqaajiso. Kaliya xoogga saar muruqyada gudaha.

    Joogteyn: Natiijada dhabta ah waxay soo baxdaa 4 ilaa 6 toddobaad ka dib. Ma aha hal habeen shaqo, laakiin waa maalgashi noloshaada ah.
