    Sida loo ogaado haddii jirkaagu uu gubayo baruurtii hore ama cuntadii hadda.

    Inaad garato in jirkaagu uu isticmaalayo tamarta laga helo cuntada aad hadda cuntay (Glucose) iyo inuu u gudbay gubidda baruurtii hore u kaydsanayd (Fat oxidation) waa fure muhiim u ah dhimista miisaanka

    1. Fahamka Sida Jirku u Shaqeeyo

    Jirkaagu wuxuu u shaqeeyaa sidii mashiin labo shidaal leh.

    Shidaalka 1-aad (Glucose): Markaad wax cuntid, jirku wuxuu marka hore gubaa sonkorta dhiigga ku jirta iyo glycogen-ka ku kaydsan murqaha.

    2. Calaamadaha lagu garto in jirkaagu uu “Baruur Gubayo”

    Haddii aad ku jirto xaaladda loo yaqaanno Fat Adaptation, waxaad dareemi doontaa isbeddelladan:

    3. Sida loo Hubiyo (Testing)

    Soomidda la dhex-geliyo (Intermittent Fasting): Isku day inaad joojiso cuntada 16 saacadood, si aad jirka ugu khasabto inuu u gudbo baruurtii hore.

    Cuntada Low-Carb: Iska yaree sonkorta iyo burka si uu jirku u waayo glucose, markaasna uu u doonto baruurtii kaydsanayd.

    Jimicsiga Caloosha madhan: Inaad socod ama jimicsi fudud sameyso subaxdii ka hor intaadan quraacan waxay dhiirrigelisaa gubidda baruurta.
