    9 Qalad ee Ugu Waaweyn ee Dadku Sameeyaan Bisha Ramadaan

    1. Cabista biyo aad u badan xilliga Saxuurta:

    Dad badan ayaa rumeysan in haddii ay cabbaan litirro biyo ah inta aan la adimin ay ka ilaalinayso haraadka maalintii. Runta se waxay tahay, kelyaha ayaa si degdeg ah biyahaas jirka uga saara saacad ka dib.

Haddii aad saxuurta ku cabto kafee, jirkaagu wuxuu luminayaa biyo badan oo muhiim ah saacadaha hore ee maalinta, taas oo kugu keenta haraad aad u daran iyo qallayl maqaarka ah maalintii oo dhan.

    8. Cunista raashinka cusbada badani ku jirto:

    Cuntada cusbada leh sida qasacadaysan waxay keenaan in jirku u baahdo biyo badan. Cusbadu waxay soo jiidataa biyaha unugyada dhexdooda ah, taas oo keenta haraad aan la xamili karin maalintii. Isku day inaad cusbada ka yarayso raashinka saxuurta si aad u yarayso baahida biyaha.

    9. Jimicsiga culus xilliga qorraxdu soo baxdo:

    Dadka jimicsiga jecel waxay mararka qaar qaldan u doortaan xilliga ay tababaranayaan. Jimicsiga culus ee dhididka badan leh xilliga duhurkii ama galabta hore wuxuu keenaa “Dehydration” (biyo-yari) khatar ah. Xilliga ugu wanaagsan ee jimicsiga waa 1-2 saac ka dib afurka marka jidhku helay nafaqo iyo biyo, ama 30 daqiiqo ka hor afurka (haddii uu yahay jimicsi aad u fudud).
