    Sirta Ku jLJirta Sinsinta iyo Caafimaadka Ragga.

    Sinsintu waa mid ka mid ah “superfoods-ka” ugu awoodda badan ee taageera caafimaadka ragga. Waxay ka buuxdaa nafaqooyin muhiim u ah hormoonnada, xoogga, iyo dhismaha jirka.

    Sirta Ku Jirta Sinsinta iyo Sababta Ay Ugu Fiican Tahay Ragga:

    1. Kordhinta Heerka Testosterone-ka

    Sinsintu waxay hodan ku tahay macdanta Zinc. Zinc-gu waa mishiinka soo saara hormoonka Testosterone. Ragga leh heerka Zinc-ga oo hooseeya waxay inta badan la kulmaan daal iyo raganimo yari, sinsintuna waa hab dabiici ah oo lagu kabo.
