    Sirta Testosteron-ka: Sida loo kordhiyo iyo 8 Qodob Muhiim Ah

    Hormoonka Testosterone waa mishiinka kaxeeya raganimada, murqaha, xoogga, iyo niyad-wanaagga qofka. Marka uu hoos u dhaco, waxaad dareemaysaa daal, niyad-jab, iyo daciifnimo.

    1. Hurdo Tayo Leh (7-9 Saacadood)
