    Haddii Aad Qabanayso Waxyaabahan, Waxaad Tahay Qof Stress La Xanuunsan.

    Waa muhiim inaan si taxadar leh uga hadallo caafimaadka maskaxda. Ereyga “stress” badanaa waxaa loo isticmaalaa in lagu tilmaamo qof qaba xanuun dhanka maskaxda ah ama qof u dhaqmaya si aan caadi ahayn, laakiin cilmi-nafsiga casriga ah wuxuu ina tusayaa in calaamadaha qaar ay noqon karaan kuwo qof kasta ku dhici kara marka uu la kulmo cadaadis ama walbahaar.
