    Cilmiga caafimaadka ee casriga ah ayaa xaqiijiyey in mindhicirkaagu uusan ahayn meel cunto lagu shiido oo kaliya, balse uu yahay “Xarunta Difaaca” ee ugu weyn jirka. Waxaa loo yaqaannaa “Maskaxda Labaad” sababtoo ah saameynta weyn ee uu ku leeyahay caafimaadka jirka iyo maskaxda.

    1. Bakteeriyada Wanaagsan (Gut Microbiome)

    Mindhicirkaaga waxaa ku nool balaayiin bakteeriyo ah oo faa’iido leh.

    Doorka ay ciyaarto: Bakteeriyadan waxay u shaqaysaa sidii “Askari” oo kale. Waxay baraysaa unugyada difaaca (Immune cells) inay kala gartaan saaxiibka iyo cadawga (fayraska iyo bakteeriyada xun).
