    6 Cunto oo kor u qaada awoodda taranka ragga

    Caafimaadka taranka ragga (Fertility) wuxuu si toos ah ugu xiran yahay nafaqada uu jirku helo. Si loo kordhiyo tirada, tayada, iyo dhaqdhaqaaqa unugyada labka (Sperm health), jirku wuxuu u baahan yahay macdanno iyo fiitamiino gaar ah oo saameeya dheellitirka hormoonnada sida Testosterone.

    1. Toonta (Garlic)

    Faa’iidada: Cunista 75 garaam oo Lows ah maalin kasta waxay si weyn u wanaajisaa dhaqdhaqaaqa iyo qaab-dhismeedka unugyada taranka.

    3. Mooska (Bananas)

    Moosku ma aha kaliya tamar, ee waa saaxiibka hormoonnada ragga.

    Sababta: Wuxuu leeyahay enzyme loo yaqaan Bromelain iyo Fiitamiinnada A, B1, iyo C.

    Faa’iidada: Bromelain wuxuu kordhiyaa rabitaanka galmada (Libido) iyo soo saarista hormoonnada taranka, halka fiitamiinnadu ay xoojiyaan adkeysiga jirka.

    4. Shukulaatada Madow (Dark Chocolate)

    Gaar ahaan kuwa leh boqolkiiba 70% ama ka badan ee kookaha (Cocoa).

    Sababta: Waxay leedahay maaddada L-Arginine HCL, oo ah amino acid muhiim ah.
