    5 Cunto oo maskaxdaada ka dhigaya mid ka dheeraysa kombuyuutarka!

    Si aad u hesho maskax cajiib ah, xusuus adag, iyo fikir degdeg ah, cuntadu waxay ciyaartaa doorka ugu muhiimsan. Maskaxdu waxay isticmaashaa qiyaastii 20% tamarta jirka, waxayna u baahan tahay “shidaal” tayo leh si ay ugu shaqayso xawaare sare.

    1. Dufanka Kalluunka (Oily Fish)

    Kalluunka sida Salmon-ka, Tuna-da, iyo Haardinka (Sardines) ayaa ah boqorka cuntada maskaxda.

    Sababta: Waxay qani ku yihiin Omega-3 fatty acids. Maskaxdaada 60% waa dufan, kala bar dufankaasna waa nooca Omega-3.

    Faa’iidada: Waxay dhistaa unugyada neerfaha, waxay kordhisaa xawaaraha barashada, waxayna ka hortagtaa asaasaqa (illoowga).

    2. Lowska iyo Abuurka (Nuts & Seeds)

    Lowska, gaar ahaan Walnut-ka waa u muhiim maskaxda.

    Sababta: Waxay leeyihiin Vitamin E iyo dufan caafimaad leh. Vitamin E wuxuu unugyada maskaxda ka ilaaliyaa “mirirka” ama burburka ka dhasha gaboowga (Oxidative stress).

    Faa’iidada: Waxay hagaajisaa foogaysiga (Focus) iyo fikirka qotada dheer.

    3. Geedka Koostada (Spinach) iyo Khudaarta Cagaaran

    Khudaarta caleenta cagaaran leh waa “superfood” u gaar ah maskaxda.

    Sababta: Waxay ka buuxa nafaqooyin ay ka mid yihiin Vitamin K, Lutein, iyo Folate.

    Faa’iidada: Cilmi-baaris ayaa muujisay in dadka cuna khudaarta cagaaran maalin kasta ay maskaxdoodu ka dhalinyar tahay kuwa kale 11 sano, marka loo eego xawaaraha fikirka.

    4. Ukunta (Eggs)

    Ukuntu waa mid ka mid ah cuntooyinka ugu jaban uguna faa’iidada badan maskaxda.

    Sababta: Waxay leedahay maaddo la yiraahdo Choline. Maaddadan jirku wuxuu u isticmaalaa inuu ku sameeyo Acetylcholine, oo ah neurotransmitter nidaamiya niyadda iyo xusuusta.

    Faa’iidada: Waxay xoojisaa xiriirka u dhaxeeya unugyada maskaxda, taas oo keenta in macluumaadka si degdeg ah loo farsameeyo.

    5. Shukulaatada Madow (Dark Chocolate)

    Halkan waxaan uga jeednaa shukulaatada leh ugu yaraan 70% Cocoa (ma aha tan sonkorta badan).

    Sababta: Waxay leedahay maaddooyinka loo yaqaan Flavonoids iyo Caffeine dabiici ah.

    Faa’iidada: Flavonoids-ku waxay kordhiyaan qulqulka dhiigga ee taga maskaxda, gaar ahaan qaybta u qaabilsan barashada iyo xusuusta. Waxay sidoo kale kor u qaaddaa niyadda (Mood-ka) oo ah furaha fikirka furan.

    Talo Dheeraad ah: “Biyaha”

    Ha illoobin in maskaxdaadu ay tahay mid biyo badan u baahan. Biyo cabid yarida xitaa haddii uu yar yahay wuxuu keenaa in maskaxdu gaabiso, foogaysiguna lumo. Had iyo jeer koob biyo ah ag dhigo marka aad shaqaynayso ama wax baranayso.
